Do I need to know how to do the work?
No. That is the whole point. You are running the business side: choosing good projects, approving the proposal, and hiring the specialist who delivers. The talent directory is built into the platform for exactly that reason. If you do happen to have a skill, you can deliver it yourself and keep more of the money. That is your choice, not a requirement.
Is there a free trial?

What happens if I want to stop?

How do clients pay me?
Directly through the marketplace, in the currency the project is posted in, which is usually US dollars and sometimes pounds or euros. Your subscription is billed separately in Rand.
Where do I find people to do the work?
Inside the platform. You can search the marketplace for specialists by skill, add them to your own directory with their rates and availability, and the AI will recommend who fits a given project. Over time you build a bench of people you trust.
Will it submit bids without me seeing them?
Not unless you deliberately turn that on in settings. By default every proposal and every follow up is drafted, shown to you, and only sent once you approve it.
Is income guaranteed?
No, and be careful of anyone who tells you otherwise. This puts you in front of far more buyers, far faster, with a better proposal and a way to deliver without doing the work yourself. What you earn still depends on your pricing, your judgement and your consistency.
